Genomic lung cancer test to replace unnecessary biopsies

Lung cancer is the world’s deadliest cancer and the only major cancer without a routine screening test. It is also considered the most preventable cancer.

Low Dose Computed Tomography (LDCT) is recommended annually for high-risk smokers, but compliance is low and indeterminant nodules often require biopsies to confirm.

Orbit’s genomic lung cancer test has the potential to replace unnecessary biopsies and enable early detection as a screening test for high-risk smokers.
